Great jump off to Grand Canyon, Lake Havasu, Parker and Old Route 66.

This is in the Sunrise Vista Community. Very nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

In the Sunrise Vista Community, evenings and sunsets are majestic. If you enjoy riding out in the desert it is just outside the community. Amenities for snowbirds are endless. 2 community pools, shopping, theaters, and casinos are close. Farmers market, and plenty of yard sales for that specific item.
