Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were extremely pleased with this rental. It was very clean and spacious and had all necessary utensils, etc. one would hope to have. This was our first time staying at Laketown Wharf in our 20 years of visiting PCB but will definitely be booking this rental again.
