Our family just returned from a great week at Surf City. The townhouse is closer to the beach than we anticipated and was very clean. The community was wonderful and everything was within walking distance. Both decks had a direct view of the ocean between the houses and it sits on s shore drive which is a less traveled road.

Beach Stay

We spent a week here with family and grandparents. The condo was furnished with what was needed and felt homey. The accuracy of amenities and furnishings is spot on. Inclusion of little things like dish soap and laundry detergent make the stay that much better. Definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking.

Wanted to be near the beach and this was the perfect location. Entry was just on the other side of the complex. Beach is beautiful and pretty quiet. Shopping and restaurants all around. Went canoeing at a local place 2 min down the road. Able to park right under unit so no worrying about having to walk a ways or even getting a spot.

Lovely Labor Day Stay

We had a great time at the townhome. The location was great and the rooms were good for us. We did have to change out the smoke detector battery as it was beeping at us when we first got there. Otherwise, everything was good. We'd likely stay again.

Reunion

The property was very clean and accessible to the beach and Surf City. Walking distance to the wetlands boardwalk by Kenneth Bates Family Park, which is a must see. The beds were very comfortable and townhouse was stocked with the items we needed. Any time I needed to communicate with the property manager, they replied immediately. The 5 stars is deserved.

Great location!

Great location, great rental property! We would rent again! My only complaint is the kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful but not stocked well for cooking. It was challenging as a family who cooks a lot with limited kitchen tools. Pack knives,(we had to cut a watermelon with small steak knife) must have kitchen gadget, your favorite pan/pot, and would recommended purchasing disposable casserole type to cook or store meals in.

The beach here is awesome. The property is nice setup with stairs (harder for toddler). This unit was not cleaned when we got there. Two people came in and cleaned but it needed a deep clean and top blankets needed washed. The unit needs minor attention to fix it projects but otherwise it is okay for a rental. We had a good stay.
