This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo offers some of the best views of the Intracoastal water way you've ever seen! The living room has a fireplace, TV and plenty of seating. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The dining area has seating for 4. The primary suite has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a double and twin bed.
Enjoy the beautiful heated pool with sun loungers or you can walk across the street and sink your toes into the white sands of Indian Shores Beach! On the intercoastal side you will find a dock so bring your fishing pole and you might even see a dolphin!

Quiet Waters

We are return visitors to Quiet Waters..we love it here, quiet little paradise! Relax on dock in mornings and walk to the beach in afternoons.

Nice property

Loved our stay here. I do not like to complain but the king bed could use a new mattress. The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a lot of storage in this unit which was really nice. Plan to return

Quiet Waters is a smaller quiet family friendly condo on the inter coastal side but you are just steps to the beach. We have stayed in multiple units within Quiet Waters but like 5B for the view, furnishings and location on the 5th floor. There are lots of great restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf within a mile or two of the condo complex. FL Lifestyle Vacation Rentals staff are super friendly and very easy to work with and genuinely care about their clients. Would highly recommend both Quiet Waters and FL Lifestyle Vacation Rentals!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for a week in Feb. 2024. The unit had a nice balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the intercostal waterway, which I enjoyed just as much as the ocean views I've had in units on the beach. In addition, the hallway outside the unit's door is open with a nice lounge area and a view looking over Gulf Blvd. and the ocean beyond. There is access to the beach for owners and renters of this building.The property is well maintained, and the heated pool and hot tub are very nice. The board walk out to the waters edge is very nice also, with a nice lounge area half way along, as well as at the end.The unit itself was very clean, with a nice layout, including a very spacious master suite with separate access to the balcony and a window. Very nice. My only negative comments relate to some of the furniture. Overall, the furniture is very nice, clean, and modern. The living room sofa and love seat though should really be replaced. They look worn, and the leading edge of the cushions along with the leading edge of the armrests are badly soiled. Two of the four balcony chairs are fine, but the other two have a lot of broken plastic woven bands, rendering them unusable as I recall. I was there alone, so it didn't matter to me, but if you had more than two occupants, it might be and issue.Overall though, this is a beautiful, clean unit, and I enjoyed my stay in it thoroughly. With a little attention to the couple of furniture issues, it would be a real winner.My dealings with Florida Lifestyle were very favourable. The staff were professional and their administrative processes are finely honed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was beautiful, great views and perfect location. You have to cross the road to get to the beach though. We unfortunately did not have the elevator for the entire week we were there. It was out of order. So going up stairs to the fifth floor condo was not fun. That on the condo and maintenance themselves. I reported the issue with the condo maintenance and with Florida lifestyle but got no follow up. I ended up just asking people who live at the condo what was the issue. This no fault on the host though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately I waited too late to book our vacation and had very few choices in condos in Indian Rocks/Indian Shores area. We have stayed in this building in the past but not this unit. The property is wonderful and kept very clean. This unit needs updated and a good handyman to go in and fix several issues, the master bathroom door, the bathroom closet door, floor tack in the kitchen/ dining room carpet, and the washing machine grease on the floor, are just to name a few.

Beautiful views of ocean and waterway! Quiet,

This unit is Overall very good. However it is in high need of upgrades including carpeted floor change to a hard surface. The cleaning staff need To lighten up on the heavy use of scented air cleaners, it was overwhelming upon entry. I am not sure what odor they are trying to hide in the unit, maybe the rug has odor. It was still heavy in air last days of stay, and bad For allergies,/asthma. Master bed very comfortable, and large room. With walk-in closet and upgraded bath, toilet runs at times if you don’t jiggle handle. Shower leaks on floor if you are not really careful with pointing shower head away from glass door. Kitchen large, nice, but garbage disposal needs repair. Kitchen has minimal stock for cooking, Teflon pans needs to be disposed For scratches and are unsafe to cook with. Some Stainless pans are also stocked in unit and in good condition. Patio furniture needs desperate upgrade. I would pay more for this unit and stay again with upgrades, very pleasant, wonderful stay but unit needs upgrades Check in would be better with code lock door system.
