A perfect stay in Wailea!!!!

Great location - a 2 min drive or 15 min walk to Ulua Beach (our favourite). The view from the lanai was gorgeous and the kitchen is wonderfully kitted out with everything you need. Basically, everything you need for a perfect stay in Wailea. Will book it again and again.

Wonderful accommodations and perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our active family of four. The condo itself was comfortable and spacious and my favorite part was sitting on the lanai in the morning with my coffee listening to the birds and watching the sunrise! Everything we needed was in walking distance, and the community was lovely. The beaches that were just beyond walking distance had access accessible and simple parking! Staying here made our vacation feel so simple and restful. We spent the last couple of nights of our vacation on the other side of the island at a resort and we (my teen/tween kids!) preferred this condo and Wailea! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this unit!

We were in town for a wedding and had a nice stay! Walking distance to the Wailea shops / grocery store and beach path which was great. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Did not use the pool / hot tub or golf course, but they all looked nice!

Wow what an amazing place

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was far larger than the pictures showed. There were enough towels, plates, and kitchenware for our week long stay. Internet bandwidth was very good for work. Place was very clean, laundry machines worked well. Location was very close to everything from beaches, to restaurants, tennis courts and sstroes

The description of the unit matched the amenities. We arrived and immediately tried to go onto balcony to be greeted by Wasp infestation. I contacted the property manager the next morning and I never got confirmation this was resolved by leaving on day 8. Laundry is located on balcony so my husband had to run and cover himself to complete a load. My 6 year old is allergic to bees and was upset daily because he could not go out. So the extra price for end unit and golf course view was a waste we did not get to enjoy. We had plans to also eat breakfast out there but never got opportunity. Next the carpet was filthy, unit was clean but having kids crawl and play around on carpet is gross. Lastly the unit had infestation of roaches/water bugs. Every night they would be all over the wall by front door, we killed 2 in the bedroom walking around room. I was paranoid they would crawl in my luggage. Nightly my kids would run and ask me to go to bathroom with them because large water bugs would come out. I know Mauis weather is tropical and bugs will come but having to wear shoes to avoid stepping on them was probably one of my worst experiences. Overall the entire complex is well manicured and the location is prime in Wailea. Very unfortunate and felt robbed, I had to other friends that had families and they stayed in other units and had no issues they were very happy.

Despite our attempts to contact you via text and call, we were only able to get email responses mostly after hours, which delayed our response. We have scheduled a thorough carpet cleaning and have addressed the pest issue to prevent future occurrences. We appreciate your positive remarks about the unit's amenities and the overall complex. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
