Star Wars Entertainment Play House 4mi from Disney

In the battle between dark & light, enter an immersive experience that will activate your imagination & set the stage for a family vacation you will always remember. This home is themed out in memorabilia inspired by the classic & fan favorite Star Wars Movies. The home provides a unique galactic experience with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, common room with large screen TV with Netflix, dining hall, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool & jacuzzi, Game Room, patio with grill & laundry room.
The space
This galaxy is in a gated Resort style living neighborhood close to all of Orlando's theme parks and attractions, it is the perfect place to start your vacation. Located in a Resort Style Living gated community (private security), 10 miles to Universal Studios, 5 miles to Star Wars Galaxy Edge at Disney, 3 miles from Celebration, 3 miles from Old Town and 20 miles from downtown Orlando.

This two-story home has 1 master room on the bottom floor, two bedrooms upstairs with three twin size beds in each, and four bedrooms upstairs with king size beds which is in total of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Each of the 7 bedrooms is inspired by different Star Wars Characters. Including two master bedrooms and attached bathroom, with a shower and tub, plus a walk-in closet. The first master is our Mandalorian room which is located on the ground floor. The second large, private master bedroom with attached private bath (representing Princess Leia) is located on the second floor.

Enjoy cooking in the full, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home like a large refrigerator (with filtered water inside), freezer, dishwasher, dish soap, stove and oven, teabags to make tea, Star Wars coffee maker (comes with coffee, creamer, and sugar), blender, R2D2 toaster, microwave and numerous pots, pans, kitchen utensils and serving utensils. Have supper with C-3PO at either two of our large solid wood dining tables that holds 6 guest each table.

After eating, explore into the common room for entertainment on the large-screen TV with Netflix as you overlook the galaxy with painstakingly detailed, hand-painted wall mural and flying starfighters. Enjoy provided board games like Monopoly, Uno, Dominoes, Darth Vader Simon Says or read a book from the large eclectic collection.

In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

As you enter the Garage, you will find our Game Room where your friends and/or family can enjoy lounging on the couch while watching Netflix, playing pool, Foosball, or Darts.

Outside we have a covered patio with cozy rope lights overhead, relax on the loungers, you may use the BBQ for a $50 upcharge, and enjoy the pool.

Parking is available for two cars on the driveway. The neighborhood also allows parking on the boulevard for additional vehicles (typically up to six cars.)

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house exclusively, which includes 7 bedrooms,4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, pool, and laundry room. There are two parking spaces in the driveway available, and parking is allowed on the boulevard for additional vehicles.
Other things to note
• Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted inside the home and subject to a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the community. We consider a party any number of guests overstated occupancy - a limit given to us by the HOA.

• Our home can only accommodate 2 cars in the driveway. There is additional parking on the street (where there are no mailboxes), and guests can also park on the boulevard beside the home.

• There are surveillance cameras in use at the exterior front entrance of the home.

• Tropical pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed.

• The pool and jacuzzi are heated. Thankfully, Orlando’s mild temperatures mean the pool and jacuzzi are usable most of the year. Occasionally in the winter months please keep in mind that it might be too chilly to swim in the winter. (POOL HEATING IS AN ADDITIONAL $35 FEE PER DAY). You must request this before booking.

• A BBQ is provided but please be sure to use it outside of pool screening to comply with local by laws. YOU MUST CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE. THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE ADDED ON TO YOUR BOOKING IF IT IS NOT CLEAN.

• Upon arrival you will check in with security. You show them your reservation and they will allow you into the gate. Make sure you stop at the clubhouse in the community. It’s located right by the entrance. They do one time parking fee of $20 for guest that are staying there overnight. They provide you with a card so that way you can enter in and out without having to go through security. After you pay the parking fee and receive your card you can head to the house where we will provide you with a temporary code to get into the home. If you have a late check in and the clubhouse is closed, you can always visit first thing in the morning.
