Unforgettable home away from home w/game room

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group, family and work trips. Includes entertainment room. Just minutes away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland and SeaWorld with easy access to major roads and the airport. Close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. No extra guests other than the ones confirmed will be allowed. No parties and no pets allowed. Exterior security cameras are installed. Air conditioner will be locked and set at 73. All shower and bath amenities are located on the 2nd floor and stairs in house.

There is a BBQ gas grill on the premises that is available for use by request only. The fee to use the grill is $35. If the grill is not cleaned after use, there will be an additional cleaning charge of $75 applied.

Unless specifically agreed upon, the check-in and check-out times of 04:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. (respectively) must be strictly adhered to. For early check-in or late check-outs, there is a $15 per hour fee.

There are security cameras for your added safety and security that are recording live video of movement outdoors. One at the front door which serves as the doorbell, two on the outside of the garage facing the street, one at the top of the roof that also faces the street and another on the back of the house facing the backyard.

The space

This is a two story home. The first floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, game room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom. The game room consists of basketball, chess, checkers, Uno, giant connect four, air hockey table, foosball table, corn hole, PacMan and Mortal Kombat arcade games (including 50+ more arcade games) and a television. The second floor has a entertainment/movie room (which has an oversized comfortable couch to watch your favorite movie or tv show) and 5 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, 1 bedroom with twin bunkbeds and a twin bed and 1 bedroom with a full bed and twin rollaway. There is also a second bathroom upstairs and the laundry room. All amenities for showers or baths are located on the 2nd floor. We also have a twin rollaway bed, a queen blow up mattress and a pack n play crib.

All linens, blankets, comforters and towels are washed after each guest. The house is vacant for 24 hours between guests to allow for the cleaning and disinfecting of the house.

All rooms are equipped with their own television.

Guest access

The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and friendly. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway; there is additional parking available on the right side of the street.
