Find a little piece of tropical paradise at this charming in-law suite in Honokaa, tranquilly situated in the midst of lush greenery in a quiet garden setting. Greet each day with the sounds of birdsong outside on the patio overlooking the grounds, and return each evening at sunset to marvel at the colors of the sky.
This two-story Ohana suite shares its property with a main home, which sits just across a covered dining patio. It's a wonderful setting for your adventures across the Big Island, whether you're exploring the native arboretum at Kalopa State Recreation Area (three miles), visiting the farmers market in Honokaa village (less than four miles), or taking a memorable day trip to Waipi'o Black Sand Beach (13 miles).
As the sun rises over the island each morning, step outside with a mug of coffee to breathe in the fragrant air on the patio. Linger in a cushioned seat with a good book or the morning newspaper, or head back indoors to get started on breakfast in the kitchenette (with a refrigerator/freezer and cooktop, but no oven).
The living space is open and breezy, offering a dining table for shared meals and a living room with a TV for your evening entertainment. When it's time to turn in for the night, head upstairs to find a lofty bedroom with a TV, an en suite bathroom, and doors that slide open to a deck overlooking the palms.

Guests are not to go in the pond on the grounds.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
