Welcoming and friendly host. We had some issues with maintenance of the place; and they were available quickly to attempt to resolve issues. Turned out to be a much bigger ordeal that couldn’t be resolved while we were there. They definitely tried to make us as comfortable as possible though!

Red Rock

Property was a good location for city and Red Rock area. Found the access to various activities good and property was as described. Parking can be an issue but always found a spot close without a issue. Would consider again if back to Red Rock for another concert or Short trip to RMNP.

A city get away

We came to see a concert and expected basically hotel type service, little did we know it was more than that. In all seriousness, this place was great, having a weighted blanket, and wide counter space and huge closet and bathroom. We never used the living room, but it was lovely. The bed is the best bed I’ve ever laid on, and it was always cold during this 90 degree weather. We considered moving into it, like if it was possible. It was perfect and very homey.
