Sugar Beach Condos are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Gulf Shores festivals, and beach activities. We also have an onsite snack beach bar available. Sugar Beach is an economical, family-oriented Orange Beach condominium complex. One of the areas most popular vacation destinations. We have four pools, a tennis court, covered parking and a large beach!

Our family has been taking care of vacationers to Alabama’s Gulf Coast for over 25 years. Sugar Beach Condos is probably the most family-oriented complex with so many fun amenities!

This unit is Gulf Side, not Gulf Front. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Although you do not have a view of the gulf from your balcony, all you have to do is walk down the hall to the elevator -- down the elevator and you are on the beach!

This Sugar Beach unit sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids. It has a Queen Bed plus a Hide-A-Bed Sofa in motel-sized room. It has a full kitchen, bathroom & private balcony. This is a great budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation. We, however, do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults or families with older children simply because of the lack of privacy and space.

The place was very dirty. We had to sweep the floors when we arrived. Needs painting desperately looks like water leak stains on ceiling and not painted the same color on walls where there was furniture was moved. Also needs new curtains for the patio, the rings were all broken away from the curtain and hard to close. Also need to get rid of the plastic outdated shower curtain that sticks to you when you shower and replace it with a nice cloth one. The tub is also peeling and in bad shape. The bed squeaked getting in and out of and in a bad location to easy get out of. Just spending a little money with painting and updating things it could be a cute place. The location was great and the price was fairly reasonable. We couldn’t ever use the patio because of the construction people right outside our room staring at us and making a lot of noise. Don was very friendly and a good host no complaints about him.

With over a thousand 4 and 5 star reviews (average 4.77) over 30 plus years for the “Lowest priced condo on the Beach!” We fully realize that you cannot please everyone but we honestly make every effort to correct every single discrepancy. The real problem here was that entire complex was under routine construction and being painted and construction workers were painting their 2nd floor balcony. If there was a way ahead of time I could have known I could have moved them to another condo. We live here at the complex, met them soon after they checked in, and if they had simply contacted us we could have moved them or given them a 100% refund. After they checked out each and every complaint are being corrected before the next guest arrives. We welcome the opportunity to get better in everything we do when serving our guests.

Great Location, Affordable Price

Don was very welcoming and attentive. He called as soon as I booked the room and let us know all the ins & outs. The room was great for what we needed - a place to sleep, bathe, & eat.Plenty of parking, carts to load/unload luggage. Easy access to the beach and pool. Not a far drive to restaurants and shopping.Don & Jean checked in out us before arrival and during our visit. Very attentive and was nice to meet them around the property! We had a great time.
