Naples Studio On Beautiful Marina!

This unit is one of a kind! Newly remodeled with designer pebble floor and tile shower with waterfall. New kitchen appliances include good size refrigerator and freezer double drop in cooktop and new microwave and toaster /oven/air fryer. Water views of boats from your front window!
The space
Comfortable and roomie with great views! The studio has a double size bed and double size futon.

Enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds and sights of nature then venture out for a boat tour to see the Manatees and other wildlife in the the largest subtropical wilderness in North America! Take a swim in the large pool only steps from your room. We also have on premise The Ship's Store... Great for Souvenirs and basic supplies...

Venture out to Goodland a few minutes drive that is a quaint old Florida fishing town. There you will find great outdoor restaurants and live music right on the water!

Marco Island has lots to do with great restaurants and beaches that is only about 20 minutes drive.

Ready for more great restaurants, shops and bars? Naples beaches and downtown shopping is a short drive away about 35 minutes.

The host was very nice, the unit has good amenities and the location is perfect for visiting many points in the Everglades, Everglades City, walking trails and more. We would stay in this area again and look for one of Deb's locations. Next time we would choose one of her locations with a queen/king bed. That's on us, we knew this was full-size when we rented!

Condo is great, so much potential at the resort

Loved the actual condo. Exactly as described / shown. The actual resort is a bit lacking.. ton of potential. Location is great..close enough but far enough away. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect stop for a night. Fun to walk/bike around marina and see the houses and boats. Would have liked to know it was a full bed, I assumed it was a queen so it was a little tight for my 6’ 5” partner. We made it work tho. Thanks for the stay!

Great spot for boating and wildlife. Quick drive to beaches.

The studio is perfect for a couple and has a futon that could be used if you needed to squeeze one more in or if it's two people who need separate beds. It was well decorated, very clean, and had most everything you would need for a week stay. Marco island took us about 25 minutes to get to and Naples beaches were just a little farther. We were there in mid February and there wasn't really any traffic until you actually got to the beaches. It's in a marina and there are several boat tours that you can just walk to. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again if we visit that area.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase in the Port Of The Islands because this community is very unique with the extinct old Florida charm and the friendly people who live here. We love the direct access to the Gulf and the wildlife that is all around and right outside your door! This location has all you could want and need to you do not need to venture out if you do not want to!
