The resort amenities include pool, hot tub, large gym, Ski valet and a game room. Did we mention there is a restaurant on-site???

Welcome to this privately owned condo in a ski-in/ski-out resort at the Canyons Village.

The condo is perfectly laid out with all of the comforts of home!

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with built in fridge, dishwasher and stovetop and oven. There is counter seating as well as a table with seating for four.

Living room has a sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress and large 65" tv with soundbar and access to streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.) and cable and a gas fireplace - the perfect place to chill Apres adventure.

Bedroom features king sized bed with new Saatva mattress, luxury linens, large tv with cable and a sliding door to balcony that overlooks pool area.

The large bathroom has high end finishes, dual entry (from living area and bedroom), a large jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity.

Resort amenities for your use include:

• Aloha Ski rentals shop onsite in the building, no need to even go outside to rent skis or buy accessories!

• Ski in, ski out with ZERO walking and ski concierge. Put your skis on and ski down to the Sunrise lift, then when returning turn into the property right off the "Retreat" ski trail.

• Large, fully equipped gym with cardio machines, free weights, a Peloton bike and men's and women's steam rooms and saunas.

• Small market in the lobby along with full-service Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar, and easy food to-go (breakfast burritos are great!).

• 2 large hot tubs and a heated pool.

• Firepit outside with "smores kits" available in the lobby store.

• $30/parking fee or $40/day for valet parking in underground garage (no shoveling snow or scraping your windshield!).

• Game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball.

You’ll have access to the whole condo with exception to an owners closet, you will also have access to a free parking spot in an underground garage and resort amenities.

$40/day resort fee to be paid to the hotel/resort upon check-in.
