Beautiful, ground level 2bed/2bath condo in the highly desirable resort like community of Aventura - featuring 2 luxurious heated swimming pools, spas, fitness center, tennis court, and clubhouse with pool table and library just steps from your front door. Amazing location and close to all that Scottsdale has to offer.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig, dishware, flatware, knife block, blender
GENERAL: WiFi, in-suite washer/dryer, linens provided, towels and pool towels provided, hairdryer, iron and board, shampoo, etc.
PARKING: Covered parking (1 vehicle), guest parking available, street parking available

You'll have full use of everything in the Aventura community. When you're ready to venture out, we are conveniently located close to many attractions such as MLB Spring Training, Phoenix Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, Old Town Scottsdale, Top Golf | 100s of golf courses, Camelback Mountain, OdySea Aquarium and Talking Stick Casino.
