Loft8 - Unique Design in Prime Location

Layout --- 1,500 sq ft, 3 king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 separate room with desk next to patio (great natural light and city views), and open concept living / dining / kitchen

Perks --- Peloton, Sonos sound system, all Casper mattresses and bedding, private outdoor space, high (and low) ceilings, epic city views, 400+ mbps internet, central A/C heat that you control, and fully stocked kitchen with cookware, glassware, barware, utensils, and coffee / tea.

Location --- Ideally located within Wicker Park, a lively and popular neighborhood. Steps away from the blue line EL station and the 6 corner intersection. You have trendy restaurants, cozy coffee shops, cocktail bars, lots of nightlife, music venues, fitness studios, and excellent shopping (many curated vintage stores) on just about every corner. Rooftop pool open to the public across the street.

We will provide a guidebook when you arrive with our recommendations. Be in Millenium Park / Loop in less than 20 minutes by train (and less by car).

Guest access

Complete Apartment. Located on second floor of two-story historic building (no elevator). Keypad entry allows you to check in at your leisure.

Other things to note:

- We provide all essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable
- No elevator and there are 2.5 flights of stairs
- Metered parking is available outside; you can also find free parking on residential streets, or use spothero to find longer-term options
- Good times are allowed but absolutely no parties. Any groups looking to use the property for a party are prohibited and reservation can be canceled.
- No smoking, will be charged a remediation fee of $500+ if odor discovered
- Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours (11:00 PM-8:00 AM daily).
- You're in the heart of Wicker so you may hear some noise from the streets on certain nights. Building is well insulated but we will provide sound machine and ear plugs for light sleepers.
- We require the names of all guests to be added to the booking before checking in. For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- Check-In at 3pm and check-out at 11am

Wonderful in Wicker Park

Loft8 in WickerPark is an ideal, centrally located property for your Chicago accommodations and plans. The two rooms and upstairs loft worked well for the 3 couples - but the loft is better for shorter people. The styling and layout is great for conversation and hanging out between outings.

Super Gem!

This is place is amazing! The attention to detail is way above a four star hotel (no kidding!!!). The decor is amazing, the towels are amazing, ...the place smells amazing (I want to know that secret!). The area is bustling with coffee shops, restaurants, an emanada shop right next door, a little grocery, ..... right near the blue line! I can't find one bad thing to say about this spot.
