Our newly renovated, garden level guest suite with a private entrance and self check-in is ready to welcome you to Denver for however long you need. Hand-picked linens, an array of local coffee and refreshments, a projector for streaming all your favorite shows, a large backyard and fire pit; this spacious 1 bed 1 bath apartment is ready to support you in all your endeavors throughout your stay.

You will enter through the garden gate into the yard where you can find your private entrance. Down a flight of stairs you will see the bathroom, living, and bedroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a futon couch in the living area with extra linens available upon request. There is a kitchenette which includes a fridge, freezer, coffee and tea maker. We value good ambiance with a clean and functional design and have crafted this space into a peaceful, soothing atmosphere for your comfort and rest.

Noisy upstairs neighbors, and a few quirks.

The Vrbo is in a decent neighborhood. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy tho, every night you can hear them up late until 2am. Their dog will bark every time you came in, and you can hear the dog running around. The electric fireplace circuit trips if used with space heater of kettle pot. The place could use another sink, the only sink is in the bathroom. If you’re staying more than 2 days, there are no utensils or plates.

You will be tucked away in the quiet, friendly, and beautiful suburb of Montclair. Centrally located, it is only 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown where you can discover all the best coffee shops, eateries, museums and nightlife that this amazing city has to offer. There is readily available access to public transportation with bus stops going to both downtown and the airport only one block away in either direction as well as plentiful street parking on a quiet road.
