This property is located on a very quiet and safe street of multi-unit properties. Directly behind the street are several streets of beautiful homes located at the foot of the Sandia Mountain. Guests will have their own parking space located in the private parking lot off the street and in front of the property. Our guests will have full access to the apartment that is outfitted with a remotely programmable electronic lock. There are no shared amenities in the apartment. There is one small step approximately 4 inches tall to access the inside of the apartment. Once inside, the apartment is all one story with no steps inside.
Your host Jake owns, manages and maintains the property and lives 10 minutes away. You may even see/meet him during your stay when he goes to check on the property to ensure it is up to standard for his guests.
