This is in the area I grew up in and I know it well. The house is less than 5 minutes from I-55 and the street is very quiet and safe. It's within less than 10 minutes of major points of interest such as Baptist Desoto Hospital, Landers Center, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, and many great restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Recently updated a few yeas ago, the house touts a beautiful open concept plan. This makes is a perfect place for families and groups who want to be social and who need lots of space to enjoy each other. It also has 1 bathroom to each of the 3 bedrooms, which is a bonus when traveling in groups.
