The inside of the home was great (except for the living room sofa—you almost can’t even sit on it) and it’s in a great location. The outside seems a little neglected: lawn needed mowing, lots of overgrown bushes and general landscape upkeep was lacking. There were spiders everywhere, outside and inside as well. Overall it could be really great with a little TLC.

You messaged me about the trash bin and unfortunately sometimes the trash bin doesn't get set out to be picked up, so it was full. Other than that you didn't mention anything. If there was any other issues, I would've appreciated being made aware so that I could rectify the issue during your stay. Thanks for your stay.

The house was a great size for our group, was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location near downtown Overland Park was very convenient.Unfortunately, the property could use much better upkeep. The entire house needed a thorough wipe down, there were cobwebs and spiders throughout, and several pieces of furniture were worn out or falling apart. While it met our basic needs, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance took away from the overall experience.
