Brand New Modern Cabin | View | Fire Pit | Hot Tub | Horseshoe Pit

Tucked back into the tress on a small knoll sits Forest Ridge Lodge. This brand new luxury cabin was completed in late 2023. It features three master suites, a custom bunk room, and plenty of space for 12 people to relax and make memories. A beautifully appointed upper level suite has its own private deck and a spacious bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Outside you'll find a relaxing hot tub, a private fire pit, and horseshoe pit.

KITCHEN
A modern and spacious kitchen is anchored by bold green cabinets. Open to the main level, this well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your meals….including an electric cooktop & oven, stainless steel appliances, Instant Pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, stock pot, electric griddle, & much more! We’ve included a full coffee bar experience featuring pour over, french press, and a coffee machine. We've tried to include everything you might need to cook anything from a light meal to a full Christmas dinner!

DINING
The dining room table seats 10 adults comfortably. There's additional seating available along the kitchen island. For formal meals there are napkins, napkin rings and chargers.

BED & BATH
Forest Ridge Lodge has 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 12 people.

Upper Level King Suite
This spacious room boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complete with an oversized shower and soaking tub. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views from the private deck.

Bunk Room
Kids love staying in our bunk room. Located on the lower level, this bedroom with en-suite bathroom holds three custom built bunkbeds (6 twin beds in total). Each bed has its own reading light.

GAME ROOM
Kids and adults love our game room. It features arcade games, a pool table, board games, and a large screen TV with comfy seating to enjoy streaming your favorite movies.

HOT TUB
Forest Ridge Lodge has a large 6 person hot tub, complete with jets and LED lights. It’s the perfect spot to sit back and relax after a fun day.

FIRE PIT
Grab a seat, toast a marshmallow, and get cozy — our Adirondack chairs make the fire pit everyone’s favorite gathering spot.

LOCATION
Forest Ridge Lodge is located in Thunder Mountain, an upscale development just west of Pigeon Forge. It’s the perfect mix of away from the crowds but close enough to everything. We are roughly 5 miles to Pigeon Forge, 11 miles from Gatlinburg, 6 miles from Wears Valley, and 8 miles to Dollywood.

ENTRY
Check-In: 4 PM
You’ll have your own personalized door code for an easy no hassle check-in.
Check-Out: 10 AM
To allow for enough cleaning time between guests, no late checkouts are available.

INTERNET
High speed internet is provided via Starlink.

PARKING
We have a paved driveway with room for 5 vehicles.

LITTLE ONES
We have a high chair and pack and play in the cabin. We do not offer baby gates.

CLEANING FEE
The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. We pay our cleaners a Fair Living Wage and they do an amazing job. Between each stay the entire property is cleaned and sanitized. All towels and linens are changed out with ones that are fresh and clean and the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled.

MAX Occupancy: 12 people total. This includes all ages. Adults, Toddlers, Infants, etc..

Minimum Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property and must be present for the duration of the stay. This policy helps us provide a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for all guests.
