The home features an inflatable kayak with two standard size life jackets. Both can be launched directly from the front yard into the canal that leads to Alligator Bay. Please use at your own risk during appropriate water and weather conditions.

Other things to note
Alligator Point is a residential neighborhood with no commerce (groceries, gas, etc), shop on the way before crossing the Ochlockonee bridge less than 10 minutes away. The Tiki Bar, famous Angelo’s Seafood, Trident's, and Seinyard are four great water front restaurants less than 10 minutes away (check hours online and see my Guidebook for more recommendations).
