The Space:
Enjoy a comfortable stay in Park City at this family-friendly 3-bedroom townhome! With two cozy living rooms to hang out in, a spacious kitchen, two dining areas, and a backyard with a hot tub, there will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax during your stay. Guests can enjoy the comforts of parking in the two-car garage inside which you will find a ski storage room perfect for unloading all your outdoor gear before making your way inside. Or, enter the home through the front door which you will find up the 20 steps to the second-floor main living space.
On the second floor of the home, you will find the main living space which includes two living rooms, the dining area, and a kitchen. The front door of the home opens up to an open kitchen and living room, a well-decorated space filled with natural light and views over the mountain tops. The inviting living room is perfect for entertaining with a comfortable sectional couch and a recliner chair situated around a 60” Roku TV. This space is great for cozy winter evenings chatting with your loved ones as you warm up by the gas fireplace. Or, grab one of the several board games in the house and enjoy a game night!
Behind the living room is the beautiful kitchen which features everything you need to whip up a meal from stainless steel appliances and a full range of basic cookware, even a crockpot, and blender, you will enjoy preparing your delicious creations in this space! Keep the chef company and grab a snack at the breakfast bar where you will find two bar stools, or enjoy a cup of coffee at the cozy breakfast nook just off the kitchen which features a round table with four chairs. From this room, you can step out the French doors and onto the balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the views over the mountain tops. The balcony includes a BBQ perfect for summer night grill outs, and a bistro table with two chairs.
Back inside you will find a second large room just off the kitchen which includes the dining area and an additional living room space. This dynamic room is perfect for entertaining! Enjoy meals with your group at the dining table which includes seating for 6, or head over to the couches on the other side of the room for a cozy spot to hang out. In the living room side of the space, you will find two large couches, a large wooden armoire, and a 60” Smart TV. A half bathroom is located just off this space perfect for shared use while in the main living area.
When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the townhome’s 3 bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are made for comfort with plush carpeting, ceiling fans to keep cool on warm summer nights, room darkening shades on all the windows, and Roku TVs. The first bedroom is the master suite which boasts a king-size bed with mounted light scones, a large wooden armoire with a 48” TV and sound bar, a chair, and a workspace tucked underneath a window in the corner of the room. This bedroom is filled with natural light from the bay windows and includes a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has everything you need to freshen up with a double-sink vanity, a large jetted soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed in a metal bedframe next to a large window and includes a nightstand with a lamp, a chair, a large dresser and closet space for storing personal items, and a mounted 32” TV. The third bedroom is perfect for sharing with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a twin-size trundle bed providing ample sleeping space in the room. In addition, the room includes a dresser, a leather bench with storage space, a closet, and a 32” TV.
Rounding out the upstairs is a full-size bathroom with a single-sink vanity a bathtub/shower combo, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. From the upstairs you can step out to the backyard, a beautiful outdoor space with trees surrounding it providing some privacy, and a private six-person Bull Frog Spa. After a long day on the slopes or hiking trails, you will love easing sore muscles out in the hot tub while you enjoy the quietness of this peaceful space!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome, a balcony, and a backyard which includes a private hot tub. Guests will also have access to two parking spaces in the garage. Please note, no parking is allowed in the driveway or on the street.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful townhome is located just outside of the town of Kimball Junction placing you near beautiful outdoor areas, shopping, and restaurants, and mere minutes from some of the best slopes in the area. Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Spring Creek Trailhead and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead. Less than a 10-minute drive will take you to the Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village 10 minutes away, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort 20 minutes away, you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping in at the nearby outlet malls with Outlet Park City and Redstone Center just under three miles away. It is also a quick fifteen-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities with HWY 80 and Kimball Junction transit center minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 20 minutes from the home such as Cannon Village, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain Resort. A ten-minute walk from the front door will take you to the Jeremy Ranch bus stop which can take you to the Kimball Junction transit center where you will have convenient access to other bus routes to the ski resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Make the 17-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
