LIVING AREA

Unwind on the leather sofa and love seat around the gas fireplace and the 55” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the private balcony for sweeping mountain panoramas.

The lower level provides an additional family room with two twin sleeper sofa armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a 50” flat-screen TV.

Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, designer stainless steel appliances, and a tile backsplash.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and the fold-out armchairs in the family room.

Find mountainside bliss in two separate master suites. Sleep soundly on a king bed or relax in the seating area and watch shows on the 50” flat-screen TV. The luxurious and spacious en-suite master bathroom features a double granite vanity, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.

The second master suite includes a king bed, 50” flat-screen TV, and crib. The en-suite bathroom has a double granite vanity, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Downstairs, the third bedroom features two twin beds and a 50” flat-screen TV. An adjacent full bathroom is outfitted with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A half bath is located by the kitchen.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and two new water heaters are provided. Parking is available for one in the driveway and one in the garage. No boat parking or overnight parking on the street.

Please note that only the second floor of this home comes equipped with central air.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
