Summary:
Our 1 bedroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, is very close to Saylorville Lake, and is a short drive to downtown. Our home features a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a murphy bed and desk, and bathroom . Additional amenities include a smart tv, wifi, and a washer and dryer in unit.

The Space:
This is a single-level home. You'll park in our driveway, walk through our back deck, and enter our home through the kitchen. Once inside, you'll find our fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a desk and a queen sized murphy bed that can be closed to allow for more open space in the bedroom.

Guest Access:
You have the entire place to yourself.

This home is located in a quiet residential area in Johnston.

Getting Around:
We are centrally located! We're about an 8 minute drive to Saylorville Lake, and you can get to Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek Town Center in about 16 minutes.

Extra Guest Fee - $50 per person, per night.
