This condo is an end unit with Amazing Unobstructed Panoramic Views of Pineview Reservoir, Snowbasin and Nordic Valley.

Walk inside the door you will find spacious living space, with a rock gas fire place, Satellite TV, DVD player, and French doors to a deck with views of Nordic Valley Ski area. The living area has lots of windows and opens into a large kitchen / dining area, with French doors and another deck. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A half bathroom separates the main floor Master Suite with large windows for natural light that has a Queen bed, satellite TV and a large bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. It features a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a large King bed, Satellite TV, DVD player and a full bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo. A stacked washer/dryer is next to the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom can be a game/entertainment room or bedroom. It features a Murphy Bed and a sofa sleeper and extra large relaxing bag.  It is beautifully decorated with a large satellite TV. You do have to go through the master bedroom upstairs to reach the bathroom with the shower/tub. Downstairs in the hallway is a half bath.

Since this unit is at the end of the cul-de-sac in Moose Hollow, you can park your trailer next to the condo but please always be considerate of the neighbors.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Lake to water ski, wakeboard or fish. CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
