Palazzo #208 is one of the best possible floor plans on the beach and the views are absolutely gorgeous! You really can't go wrong here and what you see is what you will get!! This is a unique west end corner unit conveniently located on the second floor allowing you to hear the waves from the balcony and truly feel like you are right on the beach. The "second" floor end unit (#208) actually has an approximate 6th floor elevation due to the four levels of covered, elevated parking for the building underneath, not across the street.

This awesome condo is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath, fully furnished gulf front corner unit with a large wraparound balcony and additional balcony off the guest bedroom! Panoramic views of the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico extending 50+ miles is just the beginning of what this condo offers it's guests!

Enjoy western sunset views from either of your two private gulf front balconies. If you haven't seen the west corner units at Palazzo you are missing some of the finest views on the beach! Interior features a spacious & open floor plan (~1,874 sq. Ft.), raised ceilings, and crown molding throughout. The floor to ceiling glass throughout the unit maximizes the spectacular views. The master bedroom offers incredible gulf views and has an on-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, double vanities, garden tub to relax in, and separate shower.

The condo sleeps 8 guests in beds, is upgraded with contemporary decor and flat screen tvs, and has a full size washer & dryer with storage. Palazzo is a highly desired, sought after location on the west end of Panama City Beach with 220 ft. Of beautiful beaches. Palazzo amenities include elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness facility, vending, and a meeting room.

At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units.
