Great condo

Condo in a quiet spot but next to everything. Owner very easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with. It was perfect for our stay!!!

The location was a bit run down and sketchy. The description is a bit deceptive to say the least. The front desk charged a $15 per day resort fee that is not disclosed on the property listing. The property is basically a budget motel.

Great little condo with an amazing view of the bay and marina paired with direct access to the complex's pool area. Clean, nicely renovated, beautiful fully equipped kitchen complete with pots pans and cooking utensils for a nice long-term stay if you want to prepare meals with groceries from the supermarket that's a short walk away. Nicely sized smart TV with tons of options to watch movies and shows. Solid wifi that was testing in the 20-30mbps range for me. Big, comfortable bed. Nice shower with good flow. Premium hotel-style toiletries were provided for convenience. Check-in was easy with the help of the front desk staff; host was also in responsive and consistent communication via the VRBO app and was very helpful and friendly. City buses run right outside the complex for cheap transport to Normandy Isles, North Miami Beach, or downtown Miami.

C'est une nouvelle inscription sur Expedia nous étions les premiers a louer cette appartement ! Le proprio est très gentil , il a bien répond a nos besoins ! Je recommande cet endroit malgré qu'il n'est pas près de la mer mais a -de 10 minutes !
