2 Story House with porches on both levels. Ceiling fans. 4 Mounted flat screen TVs with Wifi. Wooden floors. 3 Bathrooms with great lighting. Washer and Dryer. Cookware and Dishes provided. Outside seated smoking on Patios and porch available No smoking , vaping, or hookah allowed indoors. Smoke outside.

Entire house is accessible except for the locked cabinets that hold our cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
No loud parties. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS allowed. This will be considered a very important house rules violation if broken. We then cancel the booking and you have to leave.

2 car driveway is available on the left, we share that driveway with our neighbor. Otherwise street parking is available. (Across the street)

House limited amenities

House is recently remodeled but definitely not clean (looked like the last people who rented just left, did not smell or look clean floor were not recently cleaned or mopped). Kitchen had very little to cook or eat with, tv in living room and master bedroom you could not cast to and cable was not available. For $300 plus a night, I would have expected more. Location was convenient but other than that very disappointing.

Great Location and House

We were able to go to the ferris wheel and downtown easily since it was about a 9 minute drive. The host was very attentative and shared the history of the neighborhood as well as responded quickly when we forgot the code to get in. Thank you!!
