This property was very comfortable and represented accurately on the website. Pools and amenities were fantastic! The management team was very slow in responding to questions and some never got an answer. We had difficulty getting a working key card and response time was very slow through texts from Luxury Vacation Rentals. The most helpful person was Anne who did get us a key card to replace the one that was dead. Property was great, but the management team was below average.

We loved this rental! The location was great and we loved the beach shuttle! Everything about the house was great! We loved all the kitchen supplies as well as beach supplies. We will definitely be back next year!

Great house, super clean!

Great property, nice house with everything you need to prep family meals. Super clean and comfortable. The main TV had an issue with the speaker but the other TVs were fine and we loved the place. We went for a beach vacation and it is a 15 walk to the beach.

We love the neighborhood

This is our second time staying in the neighborhood and we love it there. The only issue that we had was the washing machine was not working properly. The managers were quick to respond even though it couldn’t be resolved during our stay. The coffee cups and glasses were also a little dirty. However, overall great stay. The kids enjoyed the crafts, puzzles, and games that were available.
