Both beds are comfy and guarantee a cozy night's rest.

Each bedroom has a smart TV in with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Peacock, Paramount Plus and other streaming channels.

The property is equipped with a full kitchen and the living area has all the amenities of a home away from home while you are at Cozy Cottage!!!

Cozy cottage, close to everything!

Cute house, neighborhood was quite, no problems! Rooms & common areas were clean & spacious! Bed was comfortable and ac kept us cool! Would stay again!

Decent stay for the price. Blues weekend around Pensacola is expensive so you have to weigh the pros and cons. Very questionable area, the houses surrounding you definitely dont look like the one youre staying in.

Comfy, cozy home with everything we could need.

This is an adorable, spotless home that is welcoming in every aspect. The rooms are spacious, the environment is bright and cheerful, and the property manager is THE BEST! Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to help us when we accidentally reserved for one less night than we needed. The home is appointed with everything we needed from dishes to shampoo. The neighborhood is older and some residences run-down but we felt completely safe and it is apparent that the neighborhood is on its way to changing for the good. The home is very close to downtown and walkable(during the day) to convenient restaurants. We would 100% rent this home again!
