Great location close to downtown and in walking distance

We So much enjoyed the cottage on the corner of E LA Rua &10th Avenue and The Hot Spot BBQ was within walking distance BEST brisket I've EVER had I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE you want regret it .The Landscape and flowers were Beautiful and ,the back yard was the cherry 🍒 on top ,great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage! We chose this location because it was close to those we came to Pensacola to visit. But we were pleasantly surprised at all the things to do nearby! The cottage had everything we needed and the outdoor area was really relaxing!

Very cool , great neighborhood

This house is small but very cool. Perfect for a couple with a small dog (like us!). Great neighborhood (East Hill) where you can walk to everything, including 10 minutes to downtown. Lots of places to eat , great homes ,sidewalks, parks. The back yard is SO cool , decks and festive lights ,etc.. Highly recommend and a great deal $
