Designed for relaxation and connection, the home unfolds across multiple levels, each offering stunning lake views. Large windows and doors frame the lake, filling the space with light and drawing you outside to the expansive deck. Here, you'll find lounge seating, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill—perfect for long meals, sunset dinners, and evenings spent watching the water change color.

The middle level features an open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together seamlessly. Additionally, the primary bedroom with a king-size bed is conveniently located just off the living room.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper-level loft, a unique and memorable space with a double bed, private balcony, and panoramic water views. From here, you can look out over the lake or down into the living area below, creating a sense of openness while still offering a quiet retreat.

The lower level is a welcoming space to unwind and have fun. A bright family room includes comfortable seating, a seasonal fireplace, a Smart TV, a foosball table, and twin bunk beds—ideal for additional sleeping space or relaxed evenings indoors. Sliding doors open to a covered lower deck with hammock chairs, where you can sway in the lake breeze or step into the sun on the extended deck beyond, surrounded by some of the most magical views on the property.

A private stairway leads directly from the home down to the sandy shoreline, offering easy access for swimming, beach walks, or simply spending the day by the water. The stretch of private beach provides room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of Lake Michigan.

Eagle's Landing is intentionally tranquil and removed from the bustle, offering a true escape. While cell service may be limited, wireless internet is provided. In warmer months, lake breezes flow naturally through open windows and doors, while cooler seasons invite cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplaces found throughout the home.

Please Note
- To access the home, you will drive across a narrow bridge to the parking area. There are stairs up to the house. The interior stairs are spiral staircases. This is a very unique home with amazing views of Lake Michigan, but the structural design may not be suitable for everyone. Please consider this before booking.
- The wood-burning fireplaces are available for use in the winter months only.
- There is no central air conditioning. We recommend opening the windows to enjoy the breeze off Lake Michigan. There is a window AC unit in the main level primary bedroom during the summer months.
- This home receives water via a well. The water is filtered and softened, but due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. We caution you about washing white laundry here, as the well water can sometimes leave an orange tinge.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- This property is perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The breeze off the lake brings with it remnants of lake water and sugar sand beach. Due to this, the floors get sandy quickly (within a couple of hours of vacuuming).
- There are exterior cameras at the property that view the front door, bridge, beach stairs, parking area, and lower-level sliders. They do not show any interior portions of the home. The cameras only record when they detect motion, and they only record video, not audio.
