On the upper level, the home continues to impress with three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, desk, and private ensuite bath, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A queen guest room and a charming bunk room provide space for everyone to unwind comfortably.

When it's time to soak up the sunshine, Haven House puts you close to some of Harbor Club's best outdoor amenities. Two association pools and a hot tub are easily accessible, including a pool just a short walk from the home that's open year-round—perfect for both summer swims and refreshing off-season dips. A second pool near the marina offers a relaxing setting where you can lounge, cool off, and watch boats come and go along the water. Lake Michigan is also close by, with Newcome Beach less than half a mile away. Spend your days walking the shoreline, swimming in the clear water, or settling in to watch unforgettable sunsets over the lake before returning home to unwind.

- The fireplace is only available in the winter months.
