Overlooking the gardens and 3 fountains in a gated 5-unit compound, the entrance to our spacious Sunset Suite is through a totally enclosed private decked courtyard with a 4-person spa, private outdoor shower.
Inside this spacious unit you will find a living room with a 43″ Smart TV (bring your PW & UN for Netflix, Amazon Prime), Mitsubishi AC/Heat, ceiling fan, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Amazon Echo, coffee table that becomes a dining area for 2, chairs, closet and ultra chic decor.
Upstairs, there is a half-bath. A King bedroom is to your left with a 14″ memory foam mattress, 32″ Smart TV, closet, desk area, Mitsubishi AC/heat and privacy. Up the stairs to your R is a Queen bedroom, 14″ memory foam mattress, 32″ Smart TV, desk area, closet and Mitsubishi AC/heat. Privacy doors enclose the bedroom.
Between the 2 bedrooms is the half-bath, and across from it is a 2 person, large desk area with USB ports and stools. Also 2 wall mounted magnifying mirrors if you chose to apply your make-up here.
Additionally, the kitchen features custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. and is fully equipped even for the gourmet cook, The breakfast bar has 4 stools. Included is dishwasher soap, foil, wrap, zip lock bags, coffee, sugar and cream.
Downstairs, the newly renovated bathroom has a large shower with tumbled marble surround. Tommy Bahama soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion is supplied. Make the Sunset Suite your terrific get-a-way when you don’t want to totally leave the creature comforts of home at home.
