Kick back and relax in this cozy and calm retreat on Lake Granbury! This home is a breath of fresh air from the minute you walk through the front door. This two-story, beautifully renovated home on the lake is the perfect spot to come to take it easy. We have everything you need to have a wonderful getaway. The private screened-in patio provides the perfect spot to play games with family, or have a romantic dinner outside overlooking the lake.
The space
This spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home provides sleeping for up to 8 guests. The downstairs primary bedroom with a king bed, upstairs with a queen bedroom and a separate bunk room with a twin over full bed. The fully equipped kitchen has a counter bar-top space for 3 to sit along with the dining table which seats up to 6. The queen sleeper sofa is also another option for sleeping downstairs. The screened in outdoor dining has seating for 4, but plenty of space for more to hang out in that area. There is a full outdoor living space on the lower deck with a sectional couch and chairs to enjoy. The home has a fire pit on the lower area right off the lake with plenty of seating. There is a covered boat dock with lift for guests use also!

Happy home for a family eclipse trip

We all had a lovely time staying at this home for our trip to see the total solar eclipse in Texas. The house is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook family meals, and our point of contact provided suggestions for restaurants in the area. The seats overlooking the water provided a relaxing space to enjoy coffee in the morning. The only surprise was the property damage protection, which is not included in the advertised "total." Ours added another 17%, which felt high compared to a hotel that holds your credit card information on file to charge if damage occurs.
