Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer Mellow Yellow. This beautiful cottage is Just steps from the beach walkover with Views of the Gulf from the upper floor.
Located within the Private gates of Carillon Beach, the best location in NW FL.
Carillon is a private oasis with close to a mile of private beach (the largest private beach in NW FL). The resort is gated and guarded and there are 4 pools available for guests as well as a massive beach with gulf front pool.
Shops and restaurants line downtown Carillon, so you can stay and never worry about leaving the beach.
Mellow Yellow is an entirely custom 3 Bedroom home plus a third floor loft that will suit even the most discerning guest. The Spacious floor plan spread out over three floors and affords everyone the space to relax read a book, play a game or simply take a nap.
Pool, playground, full-court basketball, and tennis courts are just down the street. The beach, restaurants, bike rentals and ice cream shop are but a short stroll (or leisurely golf card ride) away.
THE LAYOUT: (approximately 2400 sq. ft. including porches)
*1st FLOOR: kitchen, living and dining area, queen bedroom and full bath
*2nd FLOOR: master en suite and private deck, Double queen en suite and private deck, laundry room, and workspace area and desk
*3rd FLOOR: Observation floor covered in windows. Twin Bed with Trundle under for extra sleeping and small balcony overlooking the gulf.

What makes this property unique
The gated community of Carillon Beach, often referred to by locals as Mayberry on the Beach, is family friendly and safe haven for children to play, swim and ride bikes. Roving manned security is present and visible during peak times. Carillon offers three swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, full court basketball, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, gym and salon/spa. Two grocery stores, a bank with ATM and pharmacy are just outside Carillon’s gates. Restaurants and the famous Donut Hole are just a little over a mile west on route 98. Rosemary Beach and the 30A corridor are about 3 miles west. Pier Park is approximately 7 miles east and Northwest Florida Beach Airport is less than a 20 minute drive away.
