The location offers easy FWY access (280/101), Muni/Public Trans (L Taraval, N Judah + Bus Lines), Ocean Beach/Zoo/Stern Grove, Golden Gate Park (includes DeYoung Museum, Cal Academy of Sciences, Botanical/Japanese Tea Garden, and Ferris Wheel) which is in walking/biking distance + UCSF in close prox. as well as the convenience of nearby grocery, shopping, restaurants, and playgrounds.

There is a unit below. The two shared spaces are the backyard and washer/dryer in the garage. There is privacy.
