The Cortez Cottage Bungalow is filled with the rich history of the area, and is filled with modern amenities after just having had a full renovation. One block from Whiskey Row on a very quiet street, this home has a very large fully fenced lot with room to spread out. You can enjoy the front porch and yard as friendly people walk by, or the very spacious backyard entertainment area with full outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, lighted covered patio and lots of cozy seating. In any weather you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably! The home has all new electrical systems and plumbing, with a modern water purification system. It is loaded with everything you'll need to make your stay enjoyable, with a FULLY stocked kitchen, upscale towels and linens, luxury beds and new power leather sofa. Everything is new in this home. While small in sq. footage, the home is laid out very well, with large bedrooms and kitchen. Plenty of room to move around. If you are looking to come experience the beauty and history of Prescott, this is the home! Original artwork of Cortez back in the 1800's adorns the walls. Walk to all shops, restaurants and the famous "Courthouse Square" in 3 minutes. Owner is a 5 star VRBO host and goes out of her way to make everything as perfect as it can be! We love our town and hope you will come and explore Preskitt - a true 4 season destination.

Cute cottage, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Cortez Cottage. The property is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the property is cozy both inside and out. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Prescott.

Wonderful House, Excellent Location

Would definitely recommend to all. The house is perfect for a weekend getaway in Prescott, and is walking distance to the town square.

Thanksgiving stay

The house was clean and had a nice sized backyard. Hosts were easy to contact. The location was very close to downtown; could walk to everything. Would stay again

Why they chose this property

Cortez St. is the best of all worlds in Prescott. Off the "main drag" which has non stop traffic, it's quiet and quaint, on a beautiful tree lined street. You can walk one block (almost throw a stone to) Whiskey Row and then come home to a comfortable and peaceful home to enjoy with your family and friends. You'll rest well here too!

This home is on the historic register and has much history (nothing bad, I've been assured by the society). Really charming and wonderful indoor/outdoor living, year round.
