We loved this little cottage! It was perfect for the 3 of us. It was a great location, in walking distance from everything. We would definitely stay here again.
The location was great. We had issues with the wifi and guest bedroom tv connection, which was frustrating for ourselves and children to continuously troubleshoot. The living room needs updated furniture, one of standalone chairs is unsteady. The house was decently clean, but not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a VRBO rental property.
What a beautiful property. We loved staying here. Its just perfect to walk into town, Just 7 minute walk to Whisky row, & all the restaurants & Pubs.Loved the quirkiness of the decor & it was lovely to sit outside with the birds singing & the geckos.
This was our second stay at The Cottage off Whiskey. The home is clean, well stocked, and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We will definitely stay here again!
Super cute little cottage in the perfect location. It had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely stay here again!

About the host
Hosted by Joe Sakala
I am Joe Sakala and I am an Arizona native. My wife and I are realtors and rental property owners. We absolutely LOVE Prescott. There is so much to do. Whether you want to go bar-hopping on Whiskey Row, go hiking, go fishing, or check out the great town square, there is something for everyone. We put our heart and soul onto this house. We can't wait to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
This house was built in 1906. We bought the house in September of 2017. We completely updated this property to current expected amenities. We kept the old-school charm and incorporated new style throughout. So, if you want to stay in a historic place without giving up the modern world this is the place for you.
What makes this property unique
This property is walking distance from the downtown square and Whiskey Row. Prescott has numerous parades throughout the year and we are usually located on the parade route. Just sit on the front lawn and enjoy (depending on parade route).
