The space:
Basement Apartment: Enjoy your space in this large basement apartment. This apartment features 9 foot ceilings and spacious living and dining rooms. The apartment features a full kitchen -stove, oven, fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Stay in and cook a great meal to enjoy at our oversized dining table and breakfast nook. When it's time to rest, the apartment features a large master bedroom complete with a king bed, and a guest bedroom with two full beds. The large format bathroom features a double vanity and
roomy shower.

Location:
Nestled on the eastern hillside of Heber Valley, you are in the perfect location for winter and summer activities. With a 25 minute drive to Downtown Park City, you can enjoy fine dining and nightlife. Or stay local in Heber Valley and enjoy 1000s of miles of hiking trails/cross country skiing, Side x Side ATV and snowmobile rentals in Wasatch state park, fly fishing on the Provo River, or boating on our two reservoirs.

Guest access:
There is parking on the left side of the driveway (pictured). The private entrance to the basement is down the sidewalk on the side of the home.

Other things to note:
While we have taken many steps to add extra sound proofing to the basement, our family does occupy the upstairs.
