This spacious apartment offers sea views from the large shaded terrace. Located on the hill above the Old Town, this apartment is ideal for an extended family or group of friends.
Our newly renovated eat-in kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle for coffee or tea.
With two full bathrooms, air conditioning, washing machine and an outdoor shower, this apartment offers everything you need to experience the magic of Dubrovnik in comfort and style. This is one of few properties in this neighborhood which is directly accessible by car, to make your vacation more comfortable. We offer reserved parking for one vehicle. If you would like to use the parking spot, please reserve it IN ADVANCE, at the time of booking.

With artistic details, wood furniture, and natural stonework, this apartment provides a cool refuge during the day, or a fun hangout in the evening.

This apartments sleeps up to 6 adults plus children under 12. There are two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, and a single day bed adjacent to the lounge area. The private master suite includes a full bath and adjacent sitting area. Crib, stroller, and booster seat are available free of charge on request.

Walking down to the old town or beach takes about 7 minutes. Walking back up the steps takes about 15 minutes, depending on your age and fitness level. If you prefer, taxis are available from the city gate for approximately 7 Euro.

The owners, Vido and Rebecca, will be happy to help you plan your holiday, arrange airport transfers, recommend restaurants and day trips, or book a rental car for you.

Loved this place!

This was our last night in Dubrovnik, after a 10 day visit. Wish we had more time at this lovely property. Well furnished and appointed, Private terrace with view a huge plus...great location, even with all the steps coming up from Old Town. Hosts were wonderful! Hope to visit and stay here again!

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

Previous reviews of this property are totally accurate. It’s a great well equipped apartment with a large terrace, stunning views and an incredibly helpful and attentive owner. As we were a group of older women with dodgy knees and hips :) we we were a bit worried how we would cope with getting to the Old Town. However, we found an easy zigzag stroll downhill avoiding all steps and took Ubers back uphill (less than 5 Euros for pickup opposite the taxi rank at the Ploce Gate).

great!

Three couples stayed in the apartment and we had plenty of room. It was very clean and Rebecca and Vido were great hosts and very helpful! You get great views of the Adriatic Sea and some of the old walled city below from the bedrooms and the terrace. The little grocery is just a few blocks away and we were able to purchase what we needed for our dinners at home. We ate a big lunch in the old city the days we were down there. It is an uphill climb on 350 steps to the apartment or you can walk up the zig zaggy streets. After a few days we soon got in shape and were glad we were up above and had the great view! One day we drove the narrow road up to where the top of the gondola goes and it was a fabulous view not to be missed! Another day we drove to Kotor, Montenagro. It was a beautiful drive and a nice lunch within the fortress walls. Seeing the walls snake up the high mountain behind was amazing.

This was an excellent stay. It has a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the coast of Dubrovnik. I would happily book this property again if I was visiting Dubrovnik.

This was an excellent holiday rental. It was located within easy walking distance of the beach and old town (lots of steps, but that’s Dubrovnik). The beds were comfortable and I even had pillows that worked for me - I like the give of a feather pillow. Unlike so many rentals this one was well equipped - from sharp knives in the kitchen (how I hate trying to cook with blunt knives), to beach towels via enough (good) loo roll and spare sun cream left by other guests. The kitchen had a few bits and pieces- oil, salt and pepper etc making life easier too. The terrace had a great view and comfortable furniture. All in all a good value stay that ticked all the boxes.

Rebecca has a lovely property which had everything we needed and more. She greeted us on arrival, having organised our transfer from the airport for us and gave us a good handover at the property. The beds were super comfy and there were nice areas within to chill out. The home was very close to the main city walls (10 minute walk at most) and we’d highly recommend others to stay here when visiting Dubrovnik!Thanks Rebecca!

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed our night at Rebecca’s apartment. Beautiful terrace overlooking Old Town. It’s a hike up… 200+ stairs… but well worth it! Thanks for having us. Your home and terrace gardens are beautiful.

Loved this place!

The house was as described, but pictures don't really do it justice. There were six adults for a three night stay and it suited us perfectly. The house was charming, as were the hosts, who live above the home. The view was spectacular. There are a LOT of stairs to get to Old Town, but we just took it slow and did fine. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful place that can definitely sleep six people in multiple rooms. If you are going to have a transfer from the airport, recommend you ask the host to help you an we were overcharged by Taxi.

I highly recommend this property. Rebecca is a fantastic host. The view is amazing. It is close to old-town - but +/- 355 steps. Rebecca reserved a parking space for us, which was wonderful (streets are narrow - leaving the car in place with zero concern was a big upside for us).

Beautiful Apartment

This is a lovely apartment; clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped with a great outside area. Rebecca is an outstanding host going above expectations. She went shopping for us as we were arriving on Easter Sunday and the shops were all closed. We arrived to a warm welcome and our food in the fridge! This was such a lovely gesture which we really appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Die Fewo ist sehr geräumig, freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Auf der großen Sonnenterasse kann man zur Altstadt sehen. Ein Parkplatz ist unmittelbar in der Nähe der Fewo vorhanden und wurde vom Vermieter gestellt.
