With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditions, and 3.5 bathrooms, including a movie theater and a patio lounge area with a BBQ grill and a pool, you'll feel right at home. The entire property is fully furnished.

The spacious living room features a retractable sofa and a dining table that seats 6, making it the perfect space for entertaining or enjoying a meal with family and friends. Large windows throughout the property let in plentv of natural light, making all the space feel bright and airy.

As you walk in through the door, there is a nice lounge area/office where you can get quality work done or just sit at to enjoy a good book, get inspiration, or meditate.

Then you walk into the open area that consist of the living room and formal dining that sits six people. The living room has a smart TV for you to enjoy your favorite show or watch a movie. It is connected to the internet so that you can log into your streaming accounts.

Main Bedroom: Features a super comfortable King size memory foam mattress There is also a smart 65"TV in this room for added entertainment. There is also a private bathroom attached with a large walk-in shower and separate jetted bathtub.

Bedroom 2: It also has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress and you get a view of the pool.

Bedroom 3: This also has the same comfortable queen memory foam mattress.

Bedroom 4: Has two full size beds that makes for a great room for the kids or extra guests.

There is a second and third full bathroom as well.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need which include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is also a separate breakfast nook here.

Backyard: Unwind and enjoy a cool fresh air here. You may choose to take a dip in the pool (at your own risk) on a hot afternoon. There are lounge chairs and extra sitting areas here. You have privacy as well since there are no neighbors in the back of the house.

Didn’t get what we were told

We got to the house at 4pm on the day we were expected to arrive. Host was still there cleaning and had to run to the store for toilet paper. Brought it back and put it in the laundry room. We had to put in the bathrooms. Host was nice to help us get the theater room working. Walls were all marked up house looked more like a party house. No internet for the two days we were there. We had to us our phones hotspot to watch anything on .T.V / theater room. Only 1 towel person so if my kids swam and then took a shower we didn’t have enough towels. Not a lot of dishes to cook with or drink coffee. There was only 1 coffee cup. We were reminded several times we needed to be out of the house by 11 on our checkout date. We were also told trash days and told to put the trash out. Only had 1 trash bag. Mowers came over around 6pm one of the nights.

No pool heater, Not memory foam bed in MB

The good: Lots of TV’s and a great neighborhood. Great laundry facilities. Dining room very nice. The not so good: Only one memory foam bed and not the master suite (had to Amazon a memory foam pad). No pool heat (heater missing). If you list a pool (to be used) when the normal temps are 45-60, you would expect a heated pool. Pool was clean but 50 deg and completely unusable. Very misleading. DO NOT ASSUME. Very sparsely furnished. Was a very nice home at one time, just needs maintenance and some furniture.
