Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the temperature on the hot tub is turned down
Clean out the grill before you leave (if you used it). Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.
Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat down to 68 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood is a quiet & peaceful family neighborhood. Everyone waves and are very nice. The house is also centrally located to shopping, restaurants, & attractions.
What makes this property unique
Definitely being on a corner lot. The front lawn is huge and the backyard is big. The patio covers the entire pool so you can enjoy it swimming rain or shine. This is great for when you just need some extra time to be outside.
