All bedrooms and living areas are provided a TV with streaming service.

Full theater (stocked with snacks and popcorn) and pool table in the basement

Everything needed to BBQ (currently a small grill) in this spacious back yard with 2 fire pits, huge umbrella for shade and Plenty of seating.

We have a dedicated work space in the upstairs loft with a partial view of the mountains.

You will have access to the entire house front and backyard as well as the garage. With an exception of 2 locked closets.
Other things to note
There are extra chairs and a plastic long table stores in the storage space in the basement for beer pong, cups and balls are stored in the garage. Please feel free to play in the garage. Lawn chairs for movie in the park are stored in the garage. Hair dryer is stored in the upstairs bathroom under the sink. BBQ is stored in the garage along with propane.
