About this property

1 bed 1 bath park model in a fun but peaceful over 55+ community (yes you must be 55 or older to stay). Large heated new Olympic-sized pool, small lake you can use nonmotorized boats on, clubhouse, pool table, and more. Close to downtown Punta Gorda and beautiful Charlotte Harbor. You will be 30-45 minutes to various beaches such as Fort Myers, Englewood, and Siesta Key. Spend time in this newly refreshed home. (You must register with the office and pay a $100.00 transfer fee after booking.)

Small but comfortable trailer, landlord easy to get a hold of, park had a beautiful pool, laundry facilities, clubhouse and friendly people. Shopping close by, 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, pickleball close by.
