This stay was wonderful and extremely cozy! The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. The kitchen and dining space was excellent. The front and back patios were great for spending time outside. I really enjoyed my stay here, i would definitely book again. The host was very accommodating and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy!
The home was absolutely amazing. Beds were super clean and comfortable. Parking was definitely difficult, parking in the back could really only accommodate a small vehicle.
Me and my girls stayed at this wonderful place for a fun girl's weekend! It was exactly like the photos online and everything met my standards. If you're looking for a place to stay with family, friends, or even a romantic getaway, this is the place!
The property was as advertised and perfect for my weekend stay in Windsor. The hosts were very responsive and provided a great experience. I highly recommend this house for anyone thinking of coming to Windsor.
We stayed at the Hipster House with our adult son for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the neighborhood! Within walking distance of several fun restaurants and shops, owner was very responsive and home was perfectly appointed for our stay. Will come back if we are in Windsor again!
Had a lovely time in this very well stocked and comfortable house. Best supplied kitchen we've ever had in a house rental.Parking was at a premium and the "spot" behind the house barely fit a sedan, but the neighbourhood is extremely walkable so thankfully you don't need to find parking too often. It is an older house (charmingly), so closets and the non-primary bedrooms are quite small. Some minor and cosmetic repairs are needed - door knobs in particular had issues - but overall the house is in good shape and very comfortable. The deck and front porch seem like they would be particularly nice in warmer weather.Would recommend the owners hang more curtains or blinds as privacy was a bit of a concern. We hung some blankets to block the view from the neighbour into the living room and upstairs.Would highly recommend this house for a family or a couple's getaway. Very comfortable space to work and relax. Incredibly charming neighbourhood. Only the minor repairs and parking kept it from being 5 stars
We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hosts were wonderful. The location was great, less than 15 minutes to everything we needed. Only 7 minutes from the riverfront area park where you can rent scooters, walk, fish, just enjoy the river and see Detroit. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5. There's street parking infront, never had any issues finding a spot infront of the house. Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms, living room and dining room had enough space for us to hang out and play cards as a family. Really enjoyed our time here.
We were guests for 2 nights in Detroit for Concerts at Ford Field and couldn't have asked for better accommodations.
Minutes to a parking area once clear of the tunnel and Customs on the USA side.
Lottsa space to flake out, play cards, and Sunday Sports!
Nice Kitchen to cook all our meals and stoke up for our concerts!
Thanks Anthony and Jaqueline!!
My husband and I were at Masters swim Nationals in Windsor. It was so comforting to know that after we competed all day, we had a comfortable place to come back to rest up and re-energize for the next day's events.
This was a super comfortable house, great layout, and we loved the front and back decks to hang out on depending on sun/shade/time of day. Parking was always available right in front of the house.
