Thank you for this nice review, Fatima. We are happy to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed the River Run location. We are sorry about the closure of the hot tub and BBQ and that this affected your stay. Our apologies. You did have access to the Dakota Lodge's pool and hot tub area which is right next door. Great place for 2!

Terrific location, easy to get to the slopes, quiet, clean, well kept. A better place for 2 than 4. The sleeper couch was noisy and not terribly comfortable. But everything else about this place was perfection!

Great location

Great location, short walk to Gondola. Hot tub was out of order during our stay. We had access to the ones at Dakota Lodge but we ended up not using them. Thermostat didn't seem to work in our unit (2nd floor). Stayed at a constant 72 regardless of set temp, went up to 75 if the oven was on but never unbearable. Underground parking was great! Being in a large building you would think it would be noisy but we rarely heard any noise from neighbors.

The condo itself was great. Very well stocked and furnished. Very clean. Very comfortable. The building let a little bit to be desired. The elevator was not functioning when I arrived and when I departed and the entire time in between. I was travelling solo. So I was more inclined to just tough it out and I was only on the second floor of the building. There was no apparent way to access the parking garage from the building. I cannot imagine if I had been with a family. Or with a family on an upper floor. Unimaginable. No good excuse for zero activity going on inside the building, even Monday morning, no one there addressing the broken elevator.

Thank you for your feedback, Steve! We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and found it clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the elevator. This building’s elevator is managed by the HOA and, while not listed as an amenity due to ongoing issues this season, it was awaiting repair at the time of your stay. We understand how frustrating that was and appreciate your patience. Had we known it was impacting your stay, we would have been happy to assist with relocating you to another property. The elevator has since been repaired. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back to Keystone in the future. ~SummitCove Lodging
