Built in 2018, this eclectic home is perfect for hosting large dinners. Most guests are senior couples from out of state visiting children and grandchildren in the area and need a place for the entire family to gather. Enjoy the hot tub, baby grand piano, and private back porch. End of cul-de-sac and in an upscale neighborhood close to UVU, BYU, and Sundance. 30 min easy drive to Salt Lake City.
The space
Master bedroom is on the main floor. Three other bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Hot tub is right outside back/kitchen door. Grill and garden in backyard.
Guest access
You have access to the entire main floor, upstairs and 2 car garage. The other garages are not available and we may need to access them from time to time to get tools, our boat or bikes out. This will not have any affect on your stay. The basement has a long term renter that uses the fire pit on the basement level.
