Very nice space, host was very quick to respond. We were allowed to use the driveway which was cool. Quiet neighborhood safe place. I know the person under us is glad we are gone because my 3 year old is a crybaby lol

This was perfect for our stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had cute decor. The full kitchen was very convenient. The bathroom was perfect and well stocked with extra toiletries/necessities. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure, and a really cool bathroom fan which you can play your music through Bluetooth! We were pleasantly surprised by a separate twin bed in the bedroom. The beds were both very comfortable. We were provided extra blankets and towels without even asking. The parking was very convenient since we had the driveway to ourselves. The location was great and close to restaurants/shops. The air conditioning units kept us cool and comfortable (you are able to adjust it yourself based on your preference). They also provided nice little portable space heaters too if you get cold. We will definitely be returning to this next time we come up to Derby. Highly recommend!!

I booked this property to be close to family in the area for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. It was just as listed and beautiful. I had my boys with and the outdoor area for them to play was great. The unit was clean and the host provided so many added touches to make our stay comfortable and easy. We had coffee, snacks and options on the television. I was even able to make a few things to bring for dinner with all the kitchen items available. Keeping this one on the radar for future stays.

Property location and neighborhood was very nice. Had a an issue with it not having a hot tub which it had previously stated in the amenities before we rented. Disappointed because host only offered for us to leave with a refund of the unused days and a discount on a future rental. The bedroom had huge clumps of dust in the corners and the table and chair set is probably suitable for children. The kitchen space was well kept and put together nicely.

As a premier host my goal is to provide a safe,clean and quiet space for my guest. I’m not sure why tub was shown to you however, the complaint was made 12hrs after ur arrival, a full refund was not provided due that reason. I’m glad I was able to provide a suitable space for your stay.

Served its purpose

Pros: Great, convenient location; safe neighborhood; host is quick to respond; mostly clean (See below;) plenty of hot water, plenty of on-street parking, large area for holding open luggage (There is no dresser, but the holding space makes it easy to do without.)Cons: No place to hang clothes; only enough eating utensils for one person; listing said there was a hot tub, but there did not appear to be one; no instruction list telling where supplies were (i.e. heater, hot tub, etc;) food debris in microwave, wads of hair on a broom in the bathroom (Apartment was otherwise clean.)We were there for a wedding, so the lack of a clothes bar or hook to hang things was an issue, especially since there is no iron. Also worth noting that there are multiple flights of stairs to get in - Not an issue for us, but could be for some. Given that the rest of the reviews were stellar, perhaps the cleanliness was a one-off. In general, it's an adequate place to stay if you are visiting the hospital or just need a safe place to rest your head.

Beware of who u rent ur space to, people will literally come in and seek to stay for free and after staying comfortable, only to try and intimidate the host for hopes of refund. My goal for this Airbnb is to provide a clean, quiet space, where people can come and be at peace.
