You’ll find this home nestled in a beautiful suburban neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery shopping, & highway access. This is a very family friendly neighborhood, but is close enough to the action to enjoy all GB has to offer. The home has many updates, including all new flooring on the main floor, freshly painted walls, and neutral decor. Comfortable beds and ample space give it a homey feel while still providing enough separation between common space and bedrooms. Welcome!
The space
All three bedrooms are located at the end of the hall. The office can be closed off and the basement also has a door at the top of the stairs. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that looks out to the lush backyard. The yard is fenced on two sides and has a patio area with grill and seating, along with a swing set for the kids.

A very good experience. The property description was accurate and exactly what we needed. There were a couple of slight hiccups: the door code was wrong and we didn't initially have internet access. However, the property owner was very quick to respond and we got that ironed out. That's more important than anything else. As long as there such a fast response, anything can be rectified.Overall, an excellent choice and I'd do it again.
