The Space:

**The main house has a studio apartment connected with an exterior door and two deadbolts, one on each side between the two units. I, the property manager, am the only person with a key. Either unit may be rented out at any time. It is not owner-occupied.



Guest Access:

Guests do not have access to the attached studio - unless they have rented out the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Extremely quiet neighborhood with an older population. Five minutes from Forest Acres shopping and dining.



Getting Around:

Recommend a vehicle.

Needed a house for USC graduation - this house was perfect for us. Fenced yard great for our dog & neighborhood nice for walking him. Not far from campus. Nice layout - large kitchen, dining room, TV room & best of all the screened in porch where we relaxed and enjoyed spending time together.

TV problems

It was hard to watch the tv if you did not have a Roku password.
